Schediz

Delete your Schediz account

You can delete your account here without installing or opening the app. You can also use Settings → Delete account in Schediz. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What happens

For a business owner, deletion removes the account, profile, customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, expenses, team memberships, QR Requests and tokens, notification records and private files. Team access to that business ends. Independent worker accounts are not deleted on behalf of their holders.

Deleting a worker account removes its login, profile and memberships. The employer’s business records and business photos remain with that business; worker assignments are removed.

Your Schediz subscription is ended as part of account deletion. If a provider is unavailable, cleanup remains pending and retries automatically. To stop renewal while keeping your account and remaining access, use Plan & billing → Cancel subscription in the Android app.

Export records you need first. A minimal deletion record is kept for 30 days after completion. Previous subscription billing records may remain with Stripe for legal and accounting obligations. Backups, provider security logs, exported copies and devices that remain offline have separate retention limits; see the Privacy Policy.

Verify account ownership

Use the usual Schediz sign-in to verify your account. You will return here to review and confirm deletion. Signing in does not delete anything.

If you cannot sign in or need help with a pending request, contact support@schediz.com. Do not send passwords. Support verifies ownership before acting.
